We recommend sizing up. Formal leather shoes have less stretch than casual footwear, and a slightly larger fit is more comfortable than one that's too tight.

Yes, we deliver nationwide. Orders outside Pretoria are shipped via a courier of your choice — PostNet, PEP Paxi, and others. A delivery fee applies and will be confirmed with you when you order.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, we want you to love your shoes — if there's a genuine issue, message us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right.
We offer size exchanges on unworn shoes in their original condition and packaging. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for the return courier cost. We'll cover the shipping cost of sending the correct size back to you.
If your shoes arrive with a manufacturing defect or are damaged in transit, contact us immediately on WhatsApp with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full resolution at no cost to you.
No. Exchanges are only accepted on shoes that are unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Worn shoes cannot be exchanged.
